Owned by a local island family, the apartment is never available during August as this is the national holiday month of Spain and the owners spend their holidays here in El Cotillo. However, this does mean that there are a further eleven months generally available.

Beaches are only about ten minutes walk away with the lagoons to the north and the surfer's beach to the south. Also, being at the heart of the village, all local amenities are within very easy reach.

The accommodation is typically local but very spacious with a separate kitchen which is most unusual for studio apartments.
